It is a topic that everybody can contribute to, in the front country (city parks, for example), as well as the backcountry (wilderness in the states and the outback down under). I've been passionate about the subject for 40 years and continue to lecture on the subject for our local Mountaineers branch. If ever interested, I'd be happy to help direct you other resources. You can check out www.lnt.org as one resource. I wrote Chapter 7 of the latest "Freedom of the Hills" for The Mountaineers on the subject. Good luck with the new 'cast.
